Father Luke VanBerkum, St. Paul School Class of 2008, was ordained on May 21, 2022 at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington DC. He was joined by his family, including his brother, Fr. Anthony VanBerkum, Class of 2006. Fr. Luke celebrate his first Mass at St. Paul on the Lake, on Sunday, May 29, at noon.
Father Anthony VanBerkum, St. Paul Catholic School Class of '06, was ordained on May 23, 2020 at the Dominican House of Studies, Washington D.C. by Wilton Cardinal Gregory, the Archbishop of Washington. Although the rest of his family was not able to attend because of coronavirus restrictions, his brother, Br. Luke '08, assisted in the sacrament.
